Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect the details you enter, such as your name, mobile and WhatsApp number, e-mail, city, education, experience, career goal and preferred call time.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a career discussion, share program information and, where you agree, contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or e-mail. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and security
Enquiries are stored in a restricted Google Sheet that only authorised ITMentor team members can open. Data is sent over HTTPS and our systems use spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and rate limits. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no online system is completely secure.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months unless you enrol or ask us to delete them sooner.
Student stories and photographs
Student names, photographs, employers and packages are published only with the student’s consent, which can be withdrawn on request.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by calling 93074 31763 or 97300 96184.

This site uses only essential technologies. If spam-protection or analytics services are enabled they may set their own cookies, and this policy will be updated.
